Our stylists select furniture, artwork, soft furnishings and accessories specifically for your property, taking into account its architecture, layout, features and target market. Every element works together to create a cohesive home that photographs beautifully and leaves a lasting impression on potential buyers.

Partial Property Style

Styling the spaces that matter most.

Our Partial Property Styling service is designed for homes that only require selected areas to be styled. This may be a vacant property where you choose to focus on key rooms, or an occupied home where certain spaces are unused or unfurnished.

Our stylists will work with you to determine which areas would benefit most from styling, then introduce furniture, artwork and accessories to create beautifully presented spaces that complement the rest of the home.

Ideal for: Vacant or occupied properties where only selected rooms or areas require styling.

Integrated Property Style

Our Integrated Styling service allows us to work with selected existing furniture and introduce Serenity pieces to complete the home.

Following an assessment of the property, our stylists determine which existing pieces can work within the overall styling direction and what should be added or removed.

Integrated styling is offered on a case by case basis, as it may not be suitable for every property.

Ideal for: Homeowners with existing furniture they'd like incorporated into their property styling.
